  • Festival kapsamında düzenlenen konserlerin her türlü telif hakkı İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi’ne aittir. Festivalde elde edilen her türlü materyal İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin yazılı izni olmadan kullanılamaz.
  • İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi gerekli gördüğü takdirde işbu kapsamda yapılan etkinliklerin süresi, koşulları, usulü ve bunlar gibi hususlarda değişiklik yapma hakkında sahiptir.
  • The choirs are responsible for all kinds of works they will perform at the festival. Works that may be considered a crime by our laws are not allowed to be performed at the festival.
  • The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality owns all copyrights of the concerts organized within the scope of the festival. Any materials obtained at the festival cannot be used without the written permission of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.

The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality has the right to make changes in the duration, conditions, procedure and similar matters of the events held within this scope if it deems necessary.
